Hochpräzise Dickenmessung von elektrisch leitenden Folien

Das kapazitive Messsystem TFG6220 misst die Dicke von elektrisch leitenden Folien z.B. Batteriefolien mit höchster Präzision. Eine Vakuumvorrichtung saugt das Messobjekt an, glättet es und sorgt dadurch für eine optimale, faltenfreie Auflage. Auf diese Weise kann die Messung mit größtmöglicher Präzision durchgeführt werden. Das System wird zur Qualitätsprüfung in Form von Offline-Stichproben eingesetzt. Das TFG6220 ist betriebsbereit vormontiert und steht für einen schnellen Einsatz zur Verfügung.

Zuverlässige Qualität durch präzise Prüfung

Das TFG6220 besteht aus einem Messbügel inklusive Sensoren und einem capaNCDT Controller. Die Dickenberechnung erfolgt durch Verrechnung der beiden kapazitiven Sensoren. Eine automatische Glättung des Messobjekts wird über eine extern angeschlossene Vakuumvorrichtung realisiert. Dadurch werden mikrometergenaue Ergebnisse erzielt.

Der fest eingebaute kapazitive Sensor (1) im oberen Bereich des Messbügels misst den Abstand zum Messobjekt (2). Der Messeinsatz (3) ermöglicht eine Referenzierfläche, über die das Messobjekt mittels Vakuum angesaugt und darüber gespannt wird. Der kapazitive Sensor im unteren Bereich (4) misst auf den Messeinsatz und kompensiert den mechanischen Versatz der Auflagefläche.
